    • Users may voluntarily provide additional personal data in the submitted information. CV, which may include sensitive information such as age, disability, education and work experience. PowerCV does not require or enforce this data.
    • PowerCV processes sensitive data only after obtaining the User's explicit consent. This data is stored and secured in a manner consistent with the GDPR, including through encryption and limiting access to authorized persons only.

§ 3. Purpose of personal data processing

  1. Users' personal data are processed for the purpose of:
    • Providing PowerCV services, including CV generation and correction,
    • Carrying out the online payment process and issuing invoices,
    • Maintaining user accounts and communicating with Users,
    • Carrying out marketing activities (newsletter) – only after obtaining the User’s consent,
    • Website traffic analysis and website performance optimization using cookies.

§ 4. Sharing of personal data

    • PayU – to process online payments,
    • Entities providing hosting and IT services, including management technological infrastructure,
    • Public authorities pursuant to applicable law.
